Social Media Services offers the following social media services for small to mid-sized businesses: evaluation, technical set-up, coaching/training, and social profile management.

Evaluation:

• Social Media Audit: We’ll provide a 35+ point evaluation of your social media presence and walk you through the results. We’ll highlight your strengths, weaknesses, and offer recommendations. You’ll also receive this information in a detailed written report.
• Website Audit: We’ll provide a 31 point evaluation of your homepage and 1 other webpage of your choice. We’ll highlight your site’s strengths, weaknesses, and offer recommendations. You’ll also receive this information in a detailed written report.

Technical Set-Up:*

• Bundle Package: Set-up of up to 3 of the following social profiles – Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube – and basic networking of these profiles together. We’ll also provide a tutorial on how they work.
• Individual Package: Set-up of 1 of the following social profiles – Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube – and networking of the platform with the others, if existing. We’ll also provide a tutorial on how the platform works.

Coaching/Training:

• 3 Hour Program: Our 3 hour coaching program includes both training and Q&A for one person, and can be scheduled in 1 hr or 30 minute blocks of time over a maximum of 3 weeks.
• CustomizedTraining -  We can provide one-on-one or small group training. Programs are custom tailored to your needs.

Social Profile Management:

• Bronze Package: The Bronze Monthly Management package provides you with 1-2 status updates/day on 2 online networks (client will provide content), deleting of unwanted spam, accepting friend requests, following back, and basic profile management. 
• Gold Package: The Gold Monthly Management package provides you with the same services as the Bronze package, but with up to 4 status updates/day on 3 online networks (client will provide content on at least 2 updates, we will provide content on up to 2 others). PLUS, you receive reputation monitoring on 3 online networks and Google Alerts, audience building on 3 networks, and two 30 minute strategic consulting conference calls. 
• Platinum Package: Do you already have an established social media presence, but need to hand it off? The Platinum Monthly Management package provides you with significant customized assistance. We provide 6 – 8 status updates/day on up to 4 online networks, deleting of unwanted spam, accepting friend requests, and following back. PLUS we’ll work closely with you to provide: strategic consulting, audience building, audience engagement, reputation management, content creation and distribution, customer service, blog management, and more.

A la Carte Services:

• Blogsite set-up:  We will set up and customize your blogsite from scratch on WordPress. You will need to get your domain, website hosting, and WordPress theme, but we can help with suggestions for each of these. You will supply all graphics, images, audios, and videos.
• Facebook Basic Fan Page: We will set up your Facebook Fan Page with one custom tab. You will supply all graphics, images, audios, and videos. 
• Video Consulting: Do you need help with your videos – creative planning, content assistance, technical production help? Contact us to understand your specific needs. 
• Blog/article writing: Need a post/article on a particular topic? We will research and write a high quality essay to fill the gap.
